Your satisfaction is important to us and we have designed one of the most liberal return policies available anywhere. All paper products (regardless of venue of purchase) and ebooks bought directly from us (through our Publisher's Direct Channel ONLY) are fully refundable without any time limits (US only). We regret that we cannot offer refunds for our ebooks purchased through other vendors, but all our official distribution vendors have their own return policies. Please follow these instructions to obtain a refund. 1. For Ebooks (bought directly from us through the Publisher's Direct Channel): Please email us a refund request from the SAME email address you used to originally purchase the book. Please attach a copy of the original receipt and give a brief reason for why you wish a refund. We will either issue a refund to your credit-card or issue a check within 30 business days of getting the request. Please include a physical address we can mail a check to in case we are unable to credit your credit-card. This policy only applies to residents of the US. For ebooks purchased by non-residents, there is a time limit of 30 days from the date of your original date to apply for the refund. All other terms apply to non-residents as well. 2. For Paper Products. Please return the book with a copy of the original receipt and short note describing why you wish a refund. Please make sure you indicate where you want the check mailed to. If you have lost your receipt you may still apply for a refund via our unique Ultimate Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee. This return policy is only applicable to residents of the US for books bought in the US. Please note that the maximum refund, in any case, can not exceed the official list price of the book.
